Your Italian Adventure – Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Wednesday, September 10, 2025 Arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport and private transfer to Agriturismo La Rondanina (https://www.larondanina.it/sito/?lang=en). Welcome lunch and time to rest. Around 6:00 PM, we head to Villa Oppi (https://www.villaoppi.it/gallery-ita) for a wine tasting in the world’s oldest cellar (500 years old), followed by a private dinner with typical Piacenza cuisine and premium wines. Return to the agriturismo and overnight stay.
Day 2: Thursday, September 11, 2025 Breakfast. In the morning, fresh pasta making class and lunch with the meal prepared. In the afternoon, wine tasting at Cantina “Le Lame” with a professional sommelier. Return to the agriturismo for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Friday, September 12, 2025 Breakfast and departure for a day trip to Milan. Guided city visit and free time for lunch. In the evening, return to Emilia for a local tasting of salumi and cheeses at La Camminata dairy and a wine tasting at the nearby winery. Dinner and overnight stay at the agriturismo.
Day 4: Saturday, September 13, 2025 Breakfast. Day trip to Bologna by private bus. Guided tour of the city’s most important landmarks. Free time for lunch. Return to the agriturismo for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Sunday, September 14, 2025 Breakfast. Full-day excursion to visit three of the region’s most beautiful castles: Vigoleno, Castell’Arquato and Gropparello, with a stop at the Roman Vellaia (https://www.castellidelducato.it/?lang=EN). Free time for lunch. Return to the agriturismo for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Monday, September 15, 2025 Breakfast. Morning visit to the Coduro dairy in Santa Margherita di Fidenza or La Madonnina dairy in Scipione di Salsomaggiore. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, relax and rejuvenate at the famous thermal baths of Salsomaggiore. Return to the agriturismo for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Tuesday, September 16, 2025 Breakfast.

Visit to the renowned Culatello di Zibello valley with a tasting session. Lunch at “Osteria del Maiale”. Afternoon visit to Annoni Prosciuttificio in Collecchio for a Parma ham tasting. Return to the agriturismo for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 Breakfast. Farewell dinner among the vineyards (if weather permits, otherwise in a traditional trattoria), celebrating the unforgettable Italian culinary experience. Overnight stay at the agriturismo.
Day 9: Thursday, September 18, 2025 Breakfast. Early morning private transfer to Milan Malpensa Airport. Return flight to New York.
